5 Ways to Use Fresh Start Stickers
Doesn’t this spring weather just make ya want to pull out all the happy colors?
It does me. Makes me want to show off all the feels in my planner. Using Heidi Swapp Fresh Start Stickers is a great way for me to bring in lots of color and shape and texture to my pages.
Today’s post is all about those planner stickers. I have a few ways I like making them work for me on my planner pages. Because, you know, I couldn’t just pull the sticker off the page and slap it on my calendar. Nope. That would just be too simple.
So here are 5 Ways To Use Fresh Start Stickers in your planner today. And then a video is at the end to show a tutorial of each of the ways demonstrated here.
Using a paper punch, punch out the stickers in the shape of your choice. Right now I am personally trending with round stickers. I like that shape in my planner. So I just use my paper punch to trim out the sentiment that is perfect for my page. You’ll see what I mean in the video below.
Altered stickers. That’s what I call them. I notch trimmed this Make Today Count sticker to give it a bit more personality. Don’t get me wrong. I like square stickers. But sometimes it’s begging to be altered. So the altered state is what I gave this pink baby. Details also included in the video.
If you follow my style at all, you may know that I like to add interactive elements to my planner. I created this card using cardstock as a back for an interactive quote and hidden journaling tag. You’ll see what I mean.
Another way is to use Fresh Start Stickers is to create a good old fashion quote card. I adore Heidi’s signature hand writing. Adding it to my pages and making them look like a little 2×2 card is just alright by me.
The fifth way to create with these stickers is by making little flags with the stickers. Some stickers are just screaming to be used as flags and tags. These are no exception. See what I mean in the video below.
And that’s how that is done.
I love these 5 ways to get creative with Fresh Start Stickers. They simply make me happy in my planner. What with all those springtime colors and all.
So grab a Heidi Swapp Sticker book. A paper punch. Cardstock. And some scissors. And make pretty stuff with your planner stickers.
