art walk + storyline chapters
Hello everyone I am back again with my newest pages in my Storyline Chapters insert dedicated to this crazy time. I have recorded so many stories of this new normal that I am now onto my second notebook. I just love the Storyline Chapters Collection – it really is so easy to pull together pages. My memory today is about my sons and their friends spending post isolation outside in nature building a fort. I decided to use the Art Walk collection for its grungy feel to add to the theme of my spread.
I began by printing off my photos. On the left -the large photo I printed 7.5 x 9. On the right I created a grid design with some photos using the Pic Monkey website. I printed it off at 7.5 x 9 and adhered it to the right had side. I then took the 6×8 Art Walk paper pad and trimmed out coordinating pattern papers to fill up the gaps in the grid.
I over laid some of the letter stickers from Art Walk project pad to create my title onto the large photo. I then added a couple of the Definition stickers to add a sub title to my photo.
I then added Definition stickers to each of my photo to create repetition and cohesiveness to my layout. As well I added some of the stickers from 6 x 12 Art Walk sticker sheet to my layout as well.
I used one of the Embossed tags to add my journaling. I inked it up and tore the bottom for a shabby chic feel.
I stapled the tag to a diy tag that I cut from pattern paper and typed up my journaling. I then tucked it under my large photo for some hidden journaling.
I just love the texture and pattern that is created using the Art Walk collection. It is perfect for any outdoor memory. You can find the Art Walk and Storyline collection at your local JoAnn store.
