carefree halloween mini
It is almost the big day! October 31, and I wanted a way to celebrate some past Halloween celebrations as part of my home decor. I decided to make a little Mini album, to place on my table alongside some of my Halloween decor and anyone who was passing could take a quick look.
I found this cute little cutfile from the Silhouette store and cut it out onto some black card stock. I loved the little peekaboo bat on the front. I adhered a photo on the inside cover to peek through the opening.
I then grabbed that pretty salmon colored pattern paper from the Carefree paper pad, trimmed it to fit the tiny pages and adhered the pieces down.
I then printed out some 3×3 photos and adhered them onto the pattern paper.
I added some of the Art Walk stickers to create a sub title on one of the sides and also added my typed journaling. I love the pop of black against the pattern paper.
I cut out that bat on some black card stock, folded it in half and adhered it to the second last page, it creates a cute interactive flap inside the mini album.
I added more of the Art Walk stickers to the bat for another touch of texture.
I grabbed some stickers from the Carefree paper pad to add a touch of embellishment to each photo. I kept it simple so as to keep the focus on my photos.
I love the way it sits on my table and I love that visitors flip through it as they come and visit.
The Carefree collection is available now at JoAnn stores.
