carefree meets my memory dex
One of my favourite times of the month is when I get to play with my Memory Dex. I love having my Blush Memory Dex out and on display in my family room. I love the soft pink color that coordinates perfectly with the decor of my home. This month I have been creating some Memory Dex cards with the new CareFree collection and I love how my cards turned out.
I began with the gorgeous Morning Meadow pattern paper and used my Memory Dex die to cut out the card. I then grabbed the Specialty rainbow die cut paper and ran it through my die cut machine as well. I layered it over the card, added some of the ephemera pieces in between layers. I then added a couple stickers to the front to finish off and some splashes of black color shine.
I love how it looks on my Memory Dex spinner.
For my next card I die cut more of the Morning Meadow pattern paper. I then used some of the Minc Texture paste and Gold foil to add some glittery texture on my card. I layered Ephemera pieces with pop dots onto my card to complete. I love how the gold creates a warm feel to my card.
For my final card I used some of the Salt Air pattern paper and ran it through my due cut machine with one of the Memory Dex dies. I trimmed off some of the sides of the card for a unique effect. I took some of the leaf and floral pieces from the Ephemera pack to tuck behind that scrap of pattern paper that I layered over the card. I finished off with that bold gold cardstock ephemera piece to pack a punch!
My Memory Dex is becoming one of my most beloved projects. I love taking bits and pieces from a collection and making small canvases of creativity! You can find the Blush Memory Dex spinner and the Carefree collection here at Scrapbook.com.
