It’s the most wonderful time of the year once again.
And today I am super excited about the new holiday home diy from Heidi Swapp called City Sidewalks. This collection is available online at your favorite independent scrapbook store. Lightboxes, banners and marquees make up this holiday range. All the pieces provide that needed festive vibe for home, office or even door way.
The red glitter ‘Merry’ wall word is part of this jolly collection. Hang it on it’s own. Hang it in a tree. Or create vignettes that bring a cheerful energy to your home.
I fell in love with the Merry word and wanted to have some fun with it by making it part of my Letterboard greeting as you walked in my home.
All you need to create this holiday feature is the following:
Large 16×20 White Letterboard
2-inch Sans Serif White Letters
In addition to the Letterboard and creating a Christmassy greeting, I also added fairy lights. A few random ball ornaments to complement the glitter of the Merry. And a live tree. The tree planter was wrapped in a sheet of DCWV Pattern paper. I love that pop of whimsical polka dot next to all the white and as well as the glam of the glittery Merry.
It’s adorable how much this glittery sign adds the perfect sparkle to this vignette.
This is such a fun way to decorate your space. A work cubicle could love this festiveness too. Not to mention a kid’s room. It’s a happy reminder to follow it’s sentiment.
As we begin this month of much celebration, mirth and high spirits, I hope and pray that this time indeed finds you to have a very Merry Christmas.
