Tonight for dinner, I opened a jar of spaghetti sauce, and poured it over of ready-made tortellini and added some grilled chicken. Admittedly, while I was in China, I WISHED I could do that! chuckle. I read through the comments and had to laugh! A lot of us LOVE cookies. The winner of the my favorite Elizabeth Banks’ cookbook wrote this:

I could SOOOOO use this cook book! We are so bored with the six things that I know how to cook. Tacos, Spaghetti, roast dinner etc. Yikes… that is pretty much it.
Create a beautiful day!!

CONGRATS Andria!! This should help out!! email me HERE!!

And a BIG CONGRATS to all you accountants out there! Esp. my dad, and the crew at Kasteler, Fenton and Assoc. Every year, it’s a major huge ordeal to get through the ‘busy season’, and it’s always such a relief when it’s over!!  Just to punctuate the end of this 2009 busy season, my mom and dad GOT a special letter in the mail yesterday! They have been waiting for quite a while… they received their mission call! And they have been called to serve in New Zealand!! They report to the MTC on August 3rd. I am so excited for them, and just can’t wait to live vicariously through their WHOLE adventure. I mean seriously, who wouldn’t want to live in NZ? I LOVE NZ! Neither of them have ever been there… so cool! So… to you mom and dad……..CONGRATS!! we love you!

How freaking awesome that your parents are doing that! I’ve done a few small missions trips to France back in 2001 and New Orleans in 1999 and 2006. Awesome stuff!

I ate this dish the same night. (Tortellin/sauce). Because I hadn’t eaten since the day before I accidently ate to close to my night Zumba exercise class DON’T recommend that! But it was good and burned it off later.
Congrats to your parents. Glad you got to see them before they go.
