CREATING FUN & TRENDY DIE CUTS WITH THE MINC SURFACE PAPER PAD
Hello friends and happiest Friday.
Today I want to talk about a new Minc product that I am really having so much fun playing and experimenting with.
It is the Minc Surface Paper Pad.
What exactly is a surface paper pad?
Well it comes with a total of 9 sheets, 3 being vellum, 3 toner and 3 glue. These surface sheets allow you to experiment with creative techniques and mediums that can then be transformed using Minc foils and the Minc application machine.
For instance, I used the toner sheets for my most recent layout to create gorgeously foiled die cuts to embellish my scrapbook page.
The toner sheets come all black. However when you place Minc foil atop the black toner page and run it through your Minc you transform that toner paper into a fully foiled sheet of paper. Then, take your favourite dies and create the most beautiful professional looking die cuts…perfect for any project!
This is such an easy way to use the toner paper and the results are brilliant!
I also added another fun Minc foiled touch to my page using the Minc Texture Paste, stencil and foil. Another one of my favourite ways to add beautiful foiled dimension and texture with the simplest of ease.
I then added in the rest of my favourite elements from Art Walk to complete my latest layout.
This insanely gorgeous blue pool foil is one of my very favourites. How incredible does that pop? It looks so realistic. Such an amazing addition to all those summer pages and projects.
The pops of lime green just make me so happy. Give me all the foiled die cuts, especially in all of these amazing colours. Such a cool way to Minc!
I have so many more ideas swirling when I think of this surface pad I cannot wait to experiment and play even more. Next up may be cards and envelopes? A banner? A gift box…maybe some home decor? Stay tuned 😉 .
