easy foiled star embellishments
One embellishment I use over and over in my Memory Keeping is the star shape. I use it in my memory planner, my travel albums and and my family albums. This week I decided to create my own stars using some Gold Minc foil and the Surface Pad. It is such a quick and easy way to make your own shiny stars. See how easy it is below!
I love using my stars directly onto my photos, I will share more details later in the post.
Begin with the Minc machine, Minc Surface pad – in particular the toner sheets and your choice of foil. I chose classic gold.
Lay your foil over the black toner paper and run it through the Minc machine. Once it is through lift the foil to reveal a whole page of foiled paper.
Choose a punch, in my case a star and go ahead and punch out as many as you can.
I love adding my stars directly onto my photos. Some times with pop dots, some times with my tiny attacher.
Some times I add word phrases over the stars for an additional embellishment, such an easy thing to do. Keep the excess stars for future projects!
You can find the Minc, foil and Surface pad at your local JoAnn store now!
