high energy
i woke up this morning totally full of energy and determination- truth: it's been a WHILE since i felt that way! i have had a hard time being motivated to unpack some of the last boxes, and really, just tired and unmotivated in general! everything has seemed SO hard, and exhausting. i am hoping that i am just starting to feel more rested, and my mentality is experiencing some clarity! YAY!
My folks left today for Fiji where they will be serving their mission. they were so clam, and organized getting everything together! My sister and I worked to put together an 18 month 'scrapbook calendar' for them to take with them. Here are the pages that i created… i just kept them simple!
I then used the DIY calendar kit from House of 3 and House Dingbats font to create the calendar bottoms, along with a black sharpie to fill in the months and numbers! it turned out so cute! i almost didn't want her to take it! we made the pages 9×9, and then bound the pages into an album using my pink Bind it all! SO fun!
i LOVEd these MM puffy stickers: here they are in pink and here to match the 'chillin' line
if you are anything like me, it's hard to find cool boy stuff. i love the
street smarts stuff– the Street Smart line is on sale at Scrapbook.com right now- great deals!

i can always find uses for my VERB STICKERS-this package comes w/ black and pink stickers.
i have TOTALLY fallen in LOVE with the Kokuyo Dot n Roller permenant adhesive… ok, now i scrapbook a lot. and i HAVE scrapbooked a lot over the years… and quite frankly, i have not enjoyed another adhesive quite this much! it's quick, the applicator is flawless… and the hold is really impressive. i think that we all get kinda partial to our adhesive of choice… i want to invite/challenge you to TRY this!! it's AWESOME!!!

i love this pink houndstooth MM paper as well… it's on clearance HERE
So, as Eric and i were focused on unpacking, re-organizing and moving stuff around…the boys who where diligently babysitting Capri and Connor, ran across some PINK halloween hair color… this was the result:
good thing i like PINK!!!
woo-big day, need to crash!
