How to Foil with the Minc Reactive Paint
Happy Monday everyone and welcome back to Minc It Monday.
Today I want to share a fun and simple way to add gorgeous Minc foiled detailing to scrapbook layouts.
I used the Minc Reactive paint and the fan brush from the Minc brush collection to create a custom holographic background design.
Check out the video below to see just how easily it can be done!
How fun is that?!? And SO simple!
Just a few key tips to remember when using the Minc Reactive Paint:
*Less is more. You do not have to use a ton of product to achieve beautiful results. The less amount that you have on the brush the better.
*Use a heat tool to completely dry the medium. You cannot run your project through the Minc unless it is completely dry and heat tools easily speed up the drying process.
*Use a non stick craft mat when using mediums. It will protect your work surface and make clean up a breeze!
*Most importantly…have FUN! There are truly no rules when using mixed mediums…let your creativity bloom.
The Minc is truly a tool that will serve to amaze again and again. I love the effects you can achieve with foil…but mediums definitely take the wow factor to the next level. Thanks for stopping by and have a brilliant week ahead.
