How to Go Back to School in Style with Heidi Swapp
Hello August…and hello Back to School.
I know. I know…it’s only August. Some of us have the lucky opportunity to be in a location that starts school at the beginning of August.
Some of you go old school and don’t start till September. Like God intended. I envy you.
But today. We talk about Back to School. And I want to share with you several ways you can use your Heidi Swapp supplies to style a desk for your teen, pre-teen. Or even dorm returning student.
As I have said before, memory keeping supplies are great ways to decorate a space. Whether you keep your supplies out all pretty and visible. Or whether you pull together desk supplies to make that going back to school experience just a little bit easier. Here are some ways to make that happen right here with Heidi Swapp Paper Crafting Collections.
Memory Planner. Whether your student needs a weekly planner for all the fun, I mean studying and assignments. Or whether they desire to actually keep memories as the school year progresses. Any of the Memory Planner large or personal planners are perfectly on trend and pretty to help corral all the things.
Lightbox. Definitely a lightbox. To keep the positive vibes visible. Or to even set a reminder for that big test that needs day and night studying. A Heidi Swapp Lightbox is perfect for saying it in lights.
One of my go-to diy favorites: wrap a pen holder in Color Fresh Pattern Paper. Then fill said pen holder with all the pretty Color Fresh Gel Pens. They make marking that planner even more fun. A great way to color code notes too.
And did anyone say notebook? Cause we blow through those composition style notebooks ALL. THE. TIME. I like to grab plain white paper (bright smooth is my favorite), fold in half longways, then put a pattern paper cover on it. A long reach stapler helps keep this easy jotter together. You can make these any size. But to be sure, they will be used, and you can always make more.
Next on the well-rounded back to school desk is washi tape. Or for some of you washy tape. I love this one with the days of the week. Perfect planner embellishment, or even to add to that diy comp book to keep the days and notes straight.
Everyone needs a mini Heidi Swapp stapler and a supply of staples. It’s just so cute!
And let’s not forget the old school paper covered books. Because who would not be inspired to study these textbooks with pretty patterned paper wrapping them all up?
Here’s to a great new school year. Here’s to making it all pretty. Here’s to doing your best.
