lucky girl.
Nothing like little unexpected surprises that just kinda make your day…. you know?
The UPS truck just drove up, and … of course HONKED… which bugged me cause Capri is just trying to lay down for her afternoon nap, and that sets the dog off… etc etc. and I wasn’t expecting anything, so I wasn’t sure what the story was… a minute later, quincy came up the stairs and handed me a very unassuming package, that was for me… and from my dad. I thought that was totally weird… opened it up, and he sent me PINK SUNGLASSES… ! fast ones!
Actually, I have been admiring his pink sunglasses for some time… I am thinking they are just like these… ones he uses when he’s riding his bike. I know that I always make comments when I see him wearing them… he’s always been the type to have cool sunglasses for various activities…and to be quite honest, I am not checked out on nice sunglasses… I either loose them or break, scratch, smash any pair of sunglasses! I so don’t deserve these!!!! I was so surprised, and excited…what a great dad I have! Thanks dad… you rock! I am feeling like I am not fast enough to wear these! give me a couple months… (I promise to take extra special care of them!) you made my daY!

P.S. to “Just Me”(interesting name, btw) This is what a blog is, silly…a place where the author posts about whatever THEY want to. You should try it sometime, I’m sure we’d all love to read about YOUR fascinating life.
Until then, Heidi, you just keep being who YOU are. Thx for sharing!

15 June, 2007 at 7:50 amVery fun. Pink anything makes you happy, I believe. Happy Father’s Day to your thoughtful Dad, Heidi. ANd to the awesome “E” behind the Swapp…that partners with you in life helping you balance and juggle it all…so that the rest of us creative types get in on your ideas and products too! Dads like the ones in your life deserve a big thanks and a bit of appreciation. SO, thanks to them…from me. Don’t lose/break those glasses anytime soon! =)

12 July, 2007 at 9:04 amHello Everyone,
I am a golfer myself and I like to play whenever I get a chance.
A short while ago, a very good friend of mine told me about a great golfing equipment and accessories website that has discounted prices on all their products, same day shipping in most cases and there is no state sales tax, they are paying that.
So if any golfer here is ready to save some money on quality products at highly discounted prices, you might want to check out their site at; http://hoffmangolf.com
