Making a Fresh Start in Your Memory Planner
What does a fresh start mean to you?
I love new beginnings. I love the beginning of the week. The beginning of a season. The beginning of a new month. Today though it’s all about the beginning of a New Year.
For a Fresh Start to a new year one of the things on my list to kick it off is a fresh planner.
A fresh start starts with a fresh new planner, blank and empty and ready to record all the daily and monthly memories.
A fresh start starts with that first page. The title page. Vying for a fresh new selfie. Alpha stickers saying hello to all the new opportunities. And plenty of space to write notes and goals and ambitions and maybe even one’s word for the year.
A fresh start starts with all the things we already love. Washi tape. Stickers. Stamps. Pattern and solid papers. Taking things and making those things into a something. A something that represents you and your style. Your words. Your photos. Your memories. All included in this fresh memory planner. It’s not reinventing the wheel. It’s using what you already know and love and making it all over again.
A fresh start starts with tags and notched banners. Interactive page lifts create spaces made for all the words. The one word of the year. Quotes and mantras. The ideas behind who it is you are going to be this fresh new year and how you are going to go about it all. Story ideas. Quotes that inspire writing. Ideas that create the next make. Sometimes these fresh ideas are to be hidden. Sometimes not. Either way, fresh start planner pages are there for the documenting.
A fresh start starts any way you want it to start. For me? It always starts in my planner. That first page is everything to create the vibe I want to bring into the New Year. I hope this post inspires you to your fresh start, no matter when that fresh start starts.
