MINC HOW TO I CREATE FOILED FALL FOLIAGE USING TRANSFER MEDIUM

MINC HOW TO I CREATE FOILED FALL FOLIAGE USING TRANSFER MEDIUM

Hello Monday and hello friends!

Today I want to share a fun way to add some Minc flair into your fall foliage crafting using a fun product called Foil Transfer Medium.  This product and everything you see here today can be found online and in store at JoAnn.

This medium is a really simple and easy way to add foiled touches onto your projects.  It is a perfect accompaniment for fall crafting too!  By using this medium alongside some leaf die cuts I created out of darker card stock (Kraft and black), I was able to achieve a stunning finish with just the right amount of glam.  This is such a fun twist to adding foil detail to your die cuts.  I know my initial first thought is to always use white…however do not be afraid to mix it up!  Add in those darker colours, especially for all.  The results will have you over joyed as the dark just takes the foiled finish to another level.

Watch my video tutorial below to see just how easy you can achieve this look too!

So simple, but so pretty!  I love how foil looks on any project, but when adding it onto darker and different coloured card stock it just gives even more versatility and options to crafting with the Minc.  My mind is already spinning with ideas for Christmas!  😉

Adding these foiled die cuts onto tags, or any paper crafting project, is such a beautiful way to encapsulate fall inspired looks.  I used these stamps and these Art Walk embellishments to pull my entire tag look together.

Layer them up, mix and match and you have a true recipe for success!

Please do yourself a crafty favour and try out this technique today.

I know you will love the finished result.

The perfect crafting project to accompany your pumpkin spice :).
