Minc It Monday | Hawthorne Minc Kraft Alphabet
Happy Monday everyone!
Maggie here with another installment of Minc It Monday!
This week we’re taking a look at the Minc Jumbo Kraft Alphabet from the brand new Hawthorne Collection.
These letters are about 3″ tall & 2″ wide, and, while they look like just plain old kraft letters in the package, this alpha holds a secret.
This set of awesome letters can be customized to fit your color needs just by running it through your Minc with your choice of foil!

So cool, right?!
For my project, I pulled out some pieces of Minc-able Hawthorne ephemera along with my Jumbo Kraft Letters…pieces I thought would look cool on my page…and a foil color I thought would complement my page and would emphasize the blue in Grayson’s uniform.
I ran these pieces, along with my letters, through my Minc and boom! Beautifully foiled and customized embellishments!
Then I got to work on my layout.
I started with the “Middle of Nowhere” patterned paper.
I wanted the numbers at the bottom to read “201eight,” so I used my photo to cover the “five, six & seven,” and the strip of “Eden” paper to cover the “nine.”
Next came my foiled letters…
…and a few more foiled embellishments.
Finally, I added a few stamps alongside my “PLAY” and my page was done!
I really love how you can use the Minc to make your pages completely personal & custom.
I could have used every single piece on this page, foiled with a different color, and using a photo of my daughter wearing pink, and this layout would have had an entirely different feel.
Isn’t that just so cool?!
