You knew it would happen.

Heidi’s new Winter Wonderland would land in a MemoryDex Spinner near you.

How to make DIY holiday MemoryDex cards using Heidi Swapp's WInter Wonderland collection. The perfect way to create quick and easy cards in no time!

It’s inevitable. A new paper line has to make an appearance in my MemoryDex Spinner. It makes for a great creative exercise. It makes for perfect desktop decor. It makes for getting a person in the mood for all the seasonal crafting.

Here’s what I used in this most recent Winter Wonderland crafting sesh:

Winter Wonderland:
Paper Pad
Stamp and Die Set
Ephemera
Washi Tape
WeRMemoryKeepers Mini Evolution

The Mini Evolution is all kinds of perfect for the dies found in the Winter Wonderland Stamp and Die Set. My tip for you is to trim your paper down to about 3×3-inches. The Mini fits right about 3-inches wide. This makes it ideal for on the go scrap sessions too. So easy to pack up and go. And perfectly trims out those wintry dies.

When getting creative on Memory Dex cards I like to have several cards out at once. The dies were double cut. As you will see this gave them all great dimension when on the cards. I just layered elements and played around with placement with no real agenda. Honestly. It just made for a low-key time of making some seasonal cards. It’s a great way to sort of get use to a collection. When you just get a chance to play with no real agenda magical things can happen.

Popping up the wreath die with two layers of wreath let this element be center stage on this simple card. Ephemera was tucked underneath the die cut. And then a sticker from the Cardstock Stickers brought to this Memory Dex card a lovely sentiment.

This card was kept quite simple with a textured white cardstock background. The tag is from the Ephemera. That adorable dear is watching over all the elements. Additional ephemera was tucked in behind the tag giving this Memory Dex card even more texture and interest.

That Christmas die!!! It will be found all over my holiday crafting this year. It is my collection favorite for sure. It too was double cut and layered on this card. I very carefully used hot glue to get those pieces in place. I may or may not have singed some skin. But it’s the price we pay for making pretty stuff.
