If there is one thing I know about the Heidi Swapp Media Team, it’s that we are passionate about story telling. And more than that. We are passionate about inspiring you, our readers, to be passionate about story telling. It’s one of our team conversations we have often. How do we communicate to Heidi Swapp’s followers how awesomely wonderful it is to take photos, print photos, and create pages of story?
When Heidi revealed Storyline to the team a few years back, we all just lit up! We got it! Immediately. We saw this Storyline concept as a way to speed up the process of getting our stories down on the page, with on point embellishments, and doing it efficiently.
That’s what today’s post is all about again.
Storyline has a new look that is available at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores. There are three new Deck of Days along with three new journal kits. These fresh embellishments are on trend to help you, dear reader, tell your story in fun and relative ways.
I recently caught up with my son’s soccer adventures from last fall. I print at home, so that is a convenience. But even with that I kept it simple. Printing 4×6 images saves on the need to crop.
The Storyline Collection at JoAnn Stores includes the Boy Power Deck of Days Kit and the Boy Journaling Sticker Kit. And that’s all I need! That’s it. I keep it to these two embellishment kits. It takes so much guess work out of the process.
In addition, I would love for you to take a look at this Storyline Process Video. The process is sped up. But even with that. This layout took me maybe 10 minutes to complete. I know, right? It’s just that simple and great.
Once I decided on the embellishment kits, and my photos were printed, I can go right to work creating a fun page.
Storyline is streamlined.
The embellishments are on trend.
The adhesive back allows for adding Deck of Days cards right to the page, or using pop dots to give them dimension.
The Journaling Sticker Kit adds just the right phrase as well as a super easy way to document the date.
The 12×12 pages included in the Storyline Photo Album with it’s pre-printed Who What Where prompts makes sure all the basic details are right there. Helps in the telling. And that brings me so much accomplishment.
My goal with this post is to highlight the fantastic collection that Storyline is. The video is to show how super simple it can be to lay down those stories. And the Media Team is here to continuously show you how to do that again and again.
