SUN CHASER I A CINCH MINI

SUN CHASER I A CINCH MINI

There is nothing more exciting I think than when a new paper collection arrives in my hands and the inspiration is on overload.

Gah, it’s so good…am I right?

Today’s project brings together the best of the best.  A brand new release with an amazing class at its side.

The “It’s a Cinch” class taught by Heidi Swapp is incredible and I instantly knew when I saw this collection I had to make an album with it.

This incredibly fun and cute gate fold cinched mini is such a great project.  I also love how it has ample space and room to showcase so many incredible papers, embellishments and creativity. I also love how taking a class takes the guess work out of “thinking” and lends itself to more doing and actually finishing a project.  I actually have an album ready to go and be filled.  Whether I use photos from last summer or dedicate to the summer moments that await, it truly is a win win situation.

The Cinch is such a great tool and must have staple in my craft room.  I adore making albums and with this tool the sky is really the limit with what can be created and designed.  Heidi does a remarkable job in the class educating on this tool…it really is easier than you may think.

I loved using the album framework to showcase some of my favourite patterns and pair them with some fun techniques and twists.

I love this unique tag on the cover.  I modified this a bit from the original class, however I think that is also another perk of taking online classes.  Learning different ideas allows room for continued innovation and inspiration. Can never go wrong!

I hope you enjoyed this little peek of my first project with Sun Chaser!  I cannot wait to take on this summer with this beauty line in hand.  It is just fabulous!
